We strive to deliver high-quality fashion at your doorstep. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
A box opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
Returns will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Accessories, discounted products, and items bought during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refund Options
Refunds will be processed only in the following ways:
Prepaid orders: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality check.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued as store credit or discount coupon, not as cash.
Note: Shipping charges (including ₹50 COD fee) are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product due to size or defect, please email us within 5 days.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at trendykapdewala.shop@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and the box opening video.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
In case of prepaid orders, cancelled orders will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
