At Trendy Kapde Wala, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
Returns
Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
– Sale items
– Gift cards
– Personalised or customized items
Return Process
1. Submit a Request: To initiate a return, please email us at trendykapdewala.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the return. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
3. Inspection: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at trendykapdewala.shop@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process, and we will ship the replacement once the return is approved.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they haven’t been shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact us at trendykapdewala.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
